You'll also have a free day in Queenstown to create your own adventure, whether that's bungy jumping, jet boating, skydiving, a Milford Sound tour, a scenic flight, a mountain walk, or simply enjoying the lake.

Welcome to Queenstown — New Zealand's adventure capital.
The tour officially begins.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring the town, walking along Lake Wakatipu, browsing the shops or finding a lakeside café.
Later, we'll meet for welcome drinks at Perky's Bar and get to know the group before our South Island adventure officially begins.

The road trip begins!
Explore historic Arrowtown before travelling over the spectacular Crown Range to the iconic Cardrona Hotel for lunch.
Continue to Wānaka for some free time beside the lake, including the chance to see the famous Wānaka Tree.
From there, we'll travel through the dramatic Lindis Pass and across the Mackenzie Basin to the brilliant turquoise waters of Lake Pukaki, with spectacular views towards Aoraki / Mount Cook.
We'll finish the day in Lake Tekapo, where the night sky becomes the main event.

Wake to spectacular alpine scenery before travelling to Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park.

Then it's back on the road through the Mackenzie Country and over Lindis Pass, before arriving in Central Otago's famous wine region.
Relax at Gibbston Valley, with time to enjoy local food and wine before returning to Queenstown.

All activities listed in the itinerary are included as part of the tour package and are priced as a complete package. If you choose not to participate in any included activity, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for that portion of the tour.

7Days of FUN are not responsible for airlines delaying or cancelling flights. In the event that a flight connection is missed due to a delayed flight or cancellation, the guest can seek compensation via the airline or using their travel insurance. In this instance. Due to the nature of this expedition, we cannot delay the itinerary for any missed flights or late arrivals.

7Days of FUN reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure due to reasons outside of its control or if there are too few people booked on that departure. If cancellation by 7Days of FUN is due to insufficient booking you will be offered an alternative travel date within 24 months of the original departure date or a full refund of all monies paid.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of 7Days of FUN is being forced to cancel an expedition for reasons of security or personal safety (e.g. civil unrest, seismic activity, pandemic etc.), the amount paid can be credited to another expedition minus administrative costs and cancellation fees charged by our operators and accommodation companies not controlled by 7 Days of FUN. Administration fees will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. While acknowledging the travel warnings posted by respective Foreign Office departments, 7 Days of FUN does not accept cancellations due to these warnings in isolation. We take into consideration information from numerous sources including reports from our local contacts in the respective country and act accordingly.
